SCREEN PRINTING 360°

Screen printing 360° is carried out around the perimeter of the ballpen. With this method, we can make use of the advertising space of such small object as a ballpen. The printing is done in one and many colours on most plastic pens. The machines used in this technique allow for very accurate colour matching and achieving permanent printing.

 

PAD PRINTING

This popular prints technique is used mainly on small ballpen parts, such as a clip or a sleeve. A marked part of a pen is placed in a special device, thanks to which printing is very precise, while different types of machines in use, including a 6-colour carousel machine allow for even multicolour print with precision fit.

 

DIGITAL PRINTING

Printing is done with a specialist printer on flat surfaces. An advantage of this method is full-colour printing with the photo quality and possibility to apply tonal transitions.

 

LASER ENGRAVING

A laser beam very precisely and durably marks metal surfaces. An acquired colour depends on the colour of the metal from which the ballpen is made. We also apply the MAGIC-LASER 360° method, which consists in engraving the body of the ballpens around its perimeter.

 

BRILLANT GRAVUR

Laser labelling with a mirror effect. Thanks to this method, we obtain very durable and impressive glossy marking.

 

LASER ENGRAVING CO2

Permanent labelling used on rubber surfaces, for example on the CAPRI SOFT model with Soft-Touch coating.

 

DIGITAL FOIL

A motif is printed digitally on the film, which is then hot affixed on the ballpen. Thanks to this method, image-quality print may be placed on the entire body surface. This labelling technique is only available for selected models.
